A sanctuary for the heavy-hearted in the heart of Bradford.
"There is a bunch of grapes in the nightingale's beak; the heart longs for us to meet, but the journey is very far."
— Musarat BegumFounded in memory of our beloved Musarat, we provide free, non-judgemental, grassroots spaces where people can finally meet, find a listening ear, share life wisdom, and heal together over a warm cup of tea or a shared meal.

Weekly Sessions
Mums & Toddlers
Mums get a safe space to have a cuppa, chat with others about the realities of post-natal depression, and just breathe, while their little ones are kept entertained in the same room.
Young Men's Mentorship
A relaxed Friday evening space where young lads can hang out, grab some free pizza, and listen to real, raw talks from respected local figures about education, self-worth, and staying clear of drugs and gangs.
Cooking & Wisdom Classes
Tackling isolation by inviting local elderly ladies to lead cooking demonstrations, sharing traditional recipes, and writing down notes together over a warm meal.
Walk through our door
Whether you want to volunteer, attend a session, or just say hello, you are welcome here.
Get involvedIn loving memory of Musarat Begum
Our logo — the nightingale carrying a bunch of grapes — is a direct symbol of Musarat's message. The nightingale represents love, expression, and hope, while the grapes represent sustenance, care, and comfort. We are here to ensure that no one in our community has to walk their journey alone.
